Shipping Policy
Garden State Firearms does not ship firearms, ammunition, or accessories directly to customers. All items purchased through our website must be picked up in person at our office location:

Upon purchase, customers will be notified when their items are ready for pickup. Customers must present valid government-issued identification to collect their items.
We do not offer shipping to any alternate locations or third-party vendors.
Storage Fees
Firearms not picked up within 14 days of the notification of availability will be subject to storage fees at a rate of $25 for every additional 7 days the firearm remains uncollected.
New Jersey State Regulations Disclaimer
All firearm and ammunition sales are subject to New Jersey state laws. Customers must comply with all state and federal regulations regarding firearm and ammunition purchases.
To purchase a firearm in New Jersey, customers must present a valid New Jersey Firearms Purchaser Identification Card (FPIC) or a Permit to Purchase a Handgun (PPH), depending on the firearm type. All firearm transactions are subject to mandatory background checks and waiting periods as required by law.
Ammunition sales require a valid New Jersey Firearms Purchaser Identification Card. Certain types of ammunition, including hollow-point bullets, have additional restrictions.
Failure to meet New Jersey’s legal requirements will result in order cancellation without refund. Garden State Firearms is not responsible for customer non-compliance with state laws.
Returns Policy
All sales are final.
Garden State Firearms does not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases involving manufacturer warranty issues. Customers should inspect items carefully at the time of pickup.
In the event of a defective or damaged product covered by a manufacturer warranty, customers must contact us within 7 days of pickup. Warranty claims will be handled according to the manufacturer's guidelines and may require the item to be returned to our office.
To process warranty claims:
- Customers must provide proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all included accessories and documentation.
Refund Policy
Garden State Firearms does not offer refunds, except in exceptional circumstances solely at our discretion.
Refunds, if issued, will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please note, any authorized refund may take several business days to appear in your account.
Manufacturer Warranty
Products sold by Garden State Firearms are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. Garden State Firearms does not provide any additional warranties or guarantees beyond those provided explicitly by the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
